Portal Instructions
- Select All Videos to see available courses
- If you do not have an account you will be prompted to make one when you click ‘Buy now’ on any video
- Select My Videos to watch videos you have purchased – Sign in to see videos you have purchased
- Click Play or Resume to watch a video
- The sign in button below will allow you future access to your videos previously purchased.
- Once you have watched at least 95% of the video, you can click Get Certificate
- Complete a quick CPD survey to get your certifcate instantly
- Select Certificates to re-download at any time
NOTE: Join the Support Worker Network to gain access to all videos and documents for free!
